In the era of yesterday’s wake. So many of us move through life as if it were inconsequential, yet at the same time each and every one of us has been shaped from the actions of people who came before us. Every one of us can remember a moment where somebody, who’s role was to teach us how to act, acted in emotion and made us feel loved, scared, or happy etc. It’s funny to think that for the other person involved, this experience was likely forgotten about with time, be it objectively or not. All the while we remember and hold onto these moments as if they’re the pillars that prop us up in our own existence. It has come a time where we can realize the weight of our actions in the moment. This way we can appreciate them for what they’re worth or correct them if need be to do better. Given that these mere moments shape entire lives, this should be high on the list of priorities.
